A Brief Summary of the Findings of Operational Research "The Study of Access to HIV and TB Treatment for Substitution Therapy Patients Within Different Service Delivery Models"
The results confirm that the existing legal framework of Ministry of Health, the organization of work on OST sites, the project activity of the International foundations create all the prerequisites for obtaining required volume of services by OST sites clients as part of substitution therapy, diagnosis and treatment of HIV and tuberculosis.
